Hello and welcome, I am so glad you found me.

I am Christine, the Anti-Diet Dietitian & life coach. I help you learn to nourish your body, find food freedom and live your best life without food rules or diet culture ruling your life.

If you have come here with a desire to take control and learn how to nourish your body and soul then you have found the right place.

If you have come here looking to lose weight I'm here to tell you that dieting is not the answer, you have found the right place though!

I will help you stop yo-yo dieting and learn how to work with your body.

I use my knowledge and expertise to help you on your journey, to help you understand and implement the changes needed to achieve a life where you are in control, to enable you to  build confidence in your food choices and understand your hunger and satisfaction.

To not only build a healthy relationship with food and find body peace but to break free from the shackles of diet culture and live your best life.

I consulted Christine for advice on weight gain following an eating disorder. She has provided me with a tailor made dietary programme and has answered my many questions promptly and in detail. I loved working with Christine! I went to Christine in April for some advice and guidance on both my eating and training. She gave me a personalised exercise and meal plan (vegetarian), both of which have been easy to follow and beneficial. 
I learnt a lot about the foods I should be eating and the portions. Over the past two months I have seen the benefits, in that I have suffered less with indigestion and heartburn and can see definite changes in my muscle tone.
