This is a 12 Week Weight loss group program *Please note this is a program for people looking to lose over 15lbs if you wish to lose less than this please book a general consultation.
Bi weekly live 60minute call. This is a structured call, where we will discuss a different learning objective.
You will have access to the learning material which you can download and keep. the call will be recorded and available on the Facebook group page.
Bi-weekly live Facebook Q&As. You will have support and accountability within a Private Facebook group and I will be in the group 3 times per week to answer (Monday-Friday) to answer your questions!
